Can you believe this little bird dominated our entire day! LOL The boys still hadn't caught him so I threw on my rubber boots and joined in the chase. And even though I didn't actually catch him myself (Jase did), I did remind the boys that it took a woman's motivating presence to get him caught!

Blessings,
Lea

Good for you. I know that you're glad that he's in his place. I just can't even sleep if I don't know that everyone is in there place. Maybe that's what God is teaching me in our son, the adventurer!
AND,,,,this is so not a wasted day for you all. Think of when you're sitting around the table recounting the events - even years from now. This is gold material for spinning yarns.
Oh my they certainly put you through quite a run around. We got a new rooster from our neighbours & had fun catching it as well (thankfully it was in a run, so quite contained).
I just have to say how much I love your apron!
Have a lovely day
God bless
Renata :)
Wow, all that over such a little fella! Glad y'all were able to catch him!
LOL! I can totally envision how this all played out. I have chased a few chickens myself and it is not an easy task. I have never chased a rascally rooster though; I can only imagine their determination. :o) Your apron is lovely and so is your skirt and blouse; a look that I am slowly migrating to for a few reasons.
Warm Blessings,
Monica
Such a little guy to cause such a big ruckus. Dynamite comes in small packages, right? I can see you all chasing that silly rooster around. Brings a smile to my face!
Have a great week!

HAHA CRRRRAZY ROOSTER!
Glad you got him! You are making memories!

Lea,
Well since I don't have a rooster and its cold here I stayed inside today. I posted a picture of a really good book to read, and I have been working in my NEW craft area that Richard made for me.Pictures of that too.
You will have to post a picture of your quilt when you get it put together. Also your oufit for chasing a rooster was just fine.

What a great way to spend a day - chasing a rooster! That sounds so much better than answering phones and talking about insurance.
You look wonderful Lea! So happy!
lol ~ I'm sure the lesson was learned!
Just love your skirt & apron!
Blessings from Ohio...Kim W<><
They really can be hard to catch! Good job on Jases part~with some encouragement from his mom!
I love your skirt, Lea!
So glad he is back where he belongs too! I adore your skirt and apron! You should send a photo to Mary Janes's Farm site. She has a wonderful magazine I splurged on, one of the only ones I get anymore. Just google her name..
